Delete your Little Peas account
Delete your account in the app menu using Delete account, or follow these website steps.
Steps
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open the Profile page.
- Choose Delete profile and confirm the irreversible deletion.
What deletion does
- Your account, profile data, family memberships and mobile access tokens are deleted.
- Your website sessions and mobile access tokens can no longer be used.
- Your uploads and entries are deleted even from shared families. Other members retain their own content in families you do not own.
- Families you own, including their media, children and associated data, are permanently deleted for all members.
Data that may be retained
Billing records required by law are retained separately from the account for the applicable statutory period.
File deletion starts immediately. If storage is temporarily unavailable, deletion tasks are retained and automatically retried. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Delete specific content without deleting the account
You can delete individual photos, videos and other entries from the website while keeping your account. Family administrators can also remove family members or revoke their access.
