What data we process

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, language and display settings, and optional profile photo.
• Family data: family name, membership and permissions, invited email addresses, and the names, nicknames, dates of birth and optional profile photos of children or pets added by users.
• Uploaded content: photos and videos, filenames, capture and upload dates, descriptions, tags, people marked on the content, sayings, events and favourites.
• Technical and security data: session and mobile authentication tokens, device name provided by the operating system, IP address used for login protection, and security or activity logs.
• Subscription and billing data provided on the website. Bank card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by Little Peas.

Why we process data

We use the data to create and operate the account, provide the private family photo diary and upload functions, share content only with family members authorised by the user, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

The service is intended for adults. An adult user is responsible for having the right to upload content and provide information about children or other people.

Sharing and data processors

Private family content is available only to users invited to the relevant family, according to their permissions. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers required for hosting, email delivery, invoicing and payment, or disclosed when required by law. Website payments are processed by Barion Payment Zrt.

Storage and security

Communication uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Uploaded family files are stored outside the public web directory and access requires authentication or a limited signed link. Mobile authentication tokens are stored in the device secure storage and can be revoked.

Retention and deletion

Account deletion removes your profile, memberships, tokens, uploads and entries. Families you own and all their content are deleted for every member. File deletion is retried automatically if storage is temporarily unavailable. Billing records required by law are retained separately for the applicable statutory period.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests to info@littlepeas.hu. We respond within the period required by law.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu.
